A little bit about Adrian
This company is my life’s work. It’s my path that fits. I’ve poured all of myself into creating the most effective and meaningful coaching programs possible because I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has A Path That Fits and I know what a difference it makes to find it.
My approach to coaching is holistic, balancing the need to get results with a quest for meaning and fulfillment. I’m similar. I’m a deep seeker with a constant itch to make things happen.
In my first career as a management consultant, I learned how to be strategic and produce results. I valued those skills but I wasn’t using my true gifts and full potential. I wanted something more authentic and meaningful and I found it in coaching. But first, I had to navigate my own career crisis at the age of 23. I didn’t know it at the time but the process of self-discovery that illuminated my path would later become the foundation of my coaching programs. Suffice it to say that I’ve been there.
My formal training comes from the The Coaches Training Institute, Hakomi Somatic Psychology and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I’m one part coach, one part therapist, and one part entrepreneur. I’ve also studied mindfulness meditation, rites of passage, and have a deep reverence for nature and its wisdom. Perhaps my most significant teacher has been a chronic back injury that I’ve lived with for 12 years.
I’m grateful to coaching and my clients for challenging me to continually grow.
How To Work With Adrian
I hit a plateau. My backup plan failed, and I had no idea what to do. As my last hope, I started sessions with Adrian. Adrian, I truly appreciate everything you’ve done. I’m so thankful that I met you and I had the opportunity to work with you. You’ve saved yet another person from becoming a office drone (Peter Gibbons from “Office Space”) and no amount of words can express how much you’ve changed my life for the better.SharonAnalyst & UX/UI Designer, San Francisco
