A little bit about Adrian
This company is my life’s work. It’s my path that fits. I’ve poured all of myself into creating the most effective and meaningful coaching programs possible because I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has A Path That Fits and I know what a difference it makes to find it.
My approach to coaching is holistic, balancing the need to get results with a quest for meaning and fulfillment. I’m similar. I’m a deep seeker with a constant itch to make things happen.
In my first career as a management consultant, I learned how to be strategic and produce results. I valued those skills but I wasn’t using my true gifts and full potential. I wanted something more authentic and meaningful and I found it in coaching. But first, I had to navigate my own career crisis at the age of 23. I didn’t know it at the time but the process of self-discovery that illuminated my path would later become the foundation of my coaching programs. Suffice it to say that I’ve been there.
My formal training comes from The Coaches Training Institute, Hakomi Mindfulness & Somatic Psychology, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I’m one part coach, one part purpose guide, one part entrepreneur, and one part therapist. I’ve also studied mindfulness meditation, rites of passage, and have a deep reverence for nature and its wisdom. Perhaps my most significant teacher has been a chronic back injury that I lived with for 15 years. I am overjoyed to say that I healed my back injury through a combination of soul purpose work and a mind-body psychosomatic process.
I’m grateful to coaching and my clients for challenging me to continually grow.
