Great question! In our experience, every career change is unique and depends on where you are starting, where you are heading, and the amount of time you can commit to the pathfinding process along the way. 

On average, we see clients move through our program in about 3 months when they are able to commit an average of 5 hours/week to the coaching process. Because the program is self-paced, you get to be in the driver’s seat of your experience, moving as quickly or as meticulously through the content as you see fit. We’ve had a Pathfinder complete the program in one month, and others in 6 months – it really is up to you! It should be noted, though, that our program is not a “quick fix”. Our coaches go deep to discover who you really are and what career is truly right for you.

If your dream career is typically low-paying, ask yourself: What is the most closely related and higher-paying career to the one I’m considering? For example, if you love fitness, but worry about not making enough money as a personal trainer, you could become a physical therapist or you could work for a fitness products company like FitBit.

2.Find a profitable niche

The most successful people in any field are experts in a specific niche. They didn’t blindly follow their passions. They figured out where their gifts and passions met a genuine need in the world. For example, instead of being your average marketer, John found his niche in user experience research and has built a meaningful career that supports his family. 3.Reverse engineer the careers of successful people in your dream career

We’ll show you how to tease out the interests that show up in your own “library” of podcasts, books, media, conversations, hobbies, etc. We’ll guide you to listen to the subtle cues from your entire life that have been pointing you toward your career North Star.
