A little bit about Frank
I grew up in the suburbs of SoCal and attended college at UC Berkeley, which, true to its liberal reputation, was an incubator for alternative thinking. There, I developed a passion for self-development. I experimented with yoga, public speaking, meditation, and everything in between. Most things didn’t work, but some did, and they stuck. Using these tools to get to know myself at a deeper level, I became more satisfied, more confident, less stressed, less insecure, and for a lack of a better word, “happier”. I followed this thread into the helping industry, met Adrian and A Path That Fits, and immediately clicked, and I took a leap of faith out of the corporate world and never looked back.
I have a degree in Business Administration from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. I’m an avid sailor, skier, and poker player.
